As Reqmaster’s lead instructor and coach, she brings over 20 years of expertise in bridging the gap between business and technology. Specializing in digital transformation and organizational architecture, Dahlia has led high-profile projects for global companies such as Oracle Corp and CCL in the USA; du in the UAE; IBM and Allianz in Egypt; DBS in Singapore; and GIZ and KOICA. Additionally, she established and led the IIBA Cairo Chapter for nine successful years.

Moez, an entrepreneur, is the power behind growing Reqmaster and expanding its outreach to different markets.
Mayssa graduated in 2002 with a Major of Management Information Systems and worked as a professor assistant for two years. In 2005, she moved to the professional IT field, and worked in different sectors: Pharmaceutical, Petroleum; then to Telecommunication in 2007. In LINKdotNET, she extensively developed herself as a Business Systems Analyst and gained also deep experience in Project Management. Mayssa holds a Masters degree in Business Information Technology from Middlesex University and was a Product Manager, leading a team of business analysts, in a newly established Software Company. She is now a BA Lead at ITWorx.
Karim plays the combined role of a Senior Business Systems Analyst and a Project Manager. He is a domain expert in Banking software solutions. In 2001, still an undergrad student with a passionate for the subject of information technology, he took his first job as a developer in a software house where he acquired his first hands-on experience in the development processes of business software products, bespoke solutions, and shareware applications. Since he graduated as a Computer Engineer, he contributed for almost ten years as a software engineer, information systems consultant, business systems analyst, and project manager in projects, working closely with business and information technology teams. He also has extensive studies in helping organizations align their information technology capabilities with business goals. Karim holds a Masters degree in Business Information Technology, a bachelor degree in computer engineering, and he is a certified project management professional (PMP). He is now a consultant at IBM.
Zeinab graduated from the faculty of computer science with a major in Software Engineering, Ahram Canadian University. She then followed her passion of teaching to contribute to the education of the next generation. Zeinab was one of the few who took up a Teaching and Research Assistant position at her college. Zeinab also taught and participated in the research project of Optimizing Pervasive Systems using Unified Modeling Language at the American University of Cairo. Convinced that she needed to further her knowledge and reach her true potential, Zeinab decided to pursue her Master’s Degree in Software Engineering at the Nile University. She is currently finalizing her project focusing on non functional requirements in the Agile software process model. She is the Program Manager at Reqmaster.
